7:45 am - 8:30 am		Depart Hotel for Heavenly – Shuttles will run continuously from the shuttle bus terminal at Harvey’s
8:15 am - 9:00 am .		Team Check-In at Heavenly
9:00 am .		Opening Ceremonies at Heavenly
9:30 a.m.		Corporate Ski Challenge – Staging Begins
9:55 am		Corporate Ski Challenge – First Race Begins
12:00 p.m.		LUNCH
3:00 p.m.		Ski Competition Concludes
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.		Reception at Harvey’s
7:00 p.m.		Awards Dinner and Live Auction in Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Ballroom. Dinner served promptly at 7:00 pm

DRESS CODE
Dress code for the Cingular Celebrity Winterfest is business casual, or "Tahoe casual" as many say. Most attendees dress business casual for the Friday evening Welcome Party. Men wear slacks or khakis with a button down or polo shirt and women's attire runs the gamut from pants to skirts. On Saturday evening, most attendees tend to dress a bit nicer than Friday. Suits are not necessary. There will be dancing Saturday night so dress comfortably. Put simply, we're all about the athletes, not the clothes!
